What is that one martial arts called? Its like karate and gymnastics mixed together. Is it treking?

The martial arts has a bunch of cool tricks to it. Things like 360 spins in the air with kicks and stuff like that.

The martial art that I know that do this is TKD. XMA (extreme martial arts) is not really a martial art, but it has alot of high kicks and combines gymnastics and martial arts kicks, but its even more impractical to use as a martial art. Capoeira doesnt really have that many kicks where people fly around, so its unlikely its capoeira. If you want to do a martial art with high flying kicks, go to TKD and then you should go to XMA as youll have good conditioning from TKD.
Reply:tae kwan do? it's a art that has alot of kicking
Reply:'Gymkata' from movie? Stuntmen got some extra pay for thinking up dance moves and kicking. Chinese Wu-Shu practice has some intricate patterns, fast and slow flowing and leaping moves- some from old Hung Gar animal forms. This is a body conditioning practice with some martial arts application- like the Yoga exercises in some Karate classes, this is not a fighting move in itself- it's as stated a body stretching/conditioning drill. The leaping kicks in Tae Kwon Do and some other schools are demonstration, conditioning drills with limited combat use- 200 years ago they had some use in defending against pony mounted opponents and multilevel street fighting.
Reply:It might be Capoeria

it doesn't look like a traditional martial art per se as it was developed by slaves in Brazil to teach them to fight but designed to look like a dance to the naked eye
Reply:xma, extreme martial arts
Reply:I think you are referring to "Wushu".

Reply:It is called extreme martial arts. Great for impressing people, not great in real life. I would like to see it called extreme gymnastics w/ kicks and punches.
