What is the best Martial Arts for me?
Thai boxing where you get to kick as well and go from there, maybe Xtreme like the cage stuff.
Reply:judo or kwa ron do
Reply:kung fu and tai chi
Reply:you have a lot of it like Tae Kwan Do, Muay Thai,Jujitsu,Akido, Escrisma, Boxing..i think you better control you mind first. therefore you will handle martial arts better ,,,you should go for Yoga, or Tai Chi class first then you will feel you martial arts technic deeply and control a situations much better...

think of it , good luck
Reply:AIKIDO is what you want!

I am suprised you haven't learned some of that stuff in your Aikido class! We learn weapons fighting at my Aikido dojo. And of course they teach hand-to-hand combat techniques all the time in Aikido. We also learn escapes, locks, submissions, and chokes if the fight does get to the ground.
Reply:kung fu is perfect 4 u
Reply:I think your're searching in the wrong place, for the wrong thing. You've tried a number of diverse arts that are all perfectly valid, viable, and effective arts, most of which under the right instructor would provide all that you are seeking.

Perhaps you should look inward to yourself, rather than outward to the 'tool' or discipline you are trying to find to meet your expectations. Just a thought worth considering.

Try to seek out an instructor you can trust, respect, and put your faith in. If they are the right person, they'll help you develop in the areas you need - though perhaps not in the areas you want or expect.
