Parkour/free-running & martial arts help?

im an amateur free runner but im looking to get into a martial arts of some sort

my question is what martial art could i get into to better train in free running?

Parkour/free-running %26amp; martial arts help?
I'm gonna go with capoeira as it also trains the same muscles and teaches many of the acrobatics taught in parkour. A few days ago I was watching the DVD of Casino Royale at home together with my housemate (who happens to be my capoeira teacher) he spotted the opening scene with the famous French parkour runner and actually thaught that this guy was a capoeirista. I had to explain him that he was in another discipline all together.
Reply:taolu wushu and capoeira off the top of my head....check into gymnastics too

Reply:I would say either Wushu or TKD because both those arts use high fancy acrobatic kicks. Not very practical, but it looks pretty.
Reply:Systema has no certain techniques and teaches proper body movement and breathing. "Techniques" are formed on the spot to a specific situation. This vid may not show the type movement you are looking for but search around for systema and I think you will find that it is what you are looking for.

Reply:if you got into Capoeira (don't know if i spelled that right) you would absolutely kill in parkour
Reply:I would go with capoeira personally, as they both work for flexibility and endurance for sure. check out movie shorts done by the zero gravity stunt team.
